My Story
I’m Kemion, the founder of Workforce Enrichment and an Organisational Development Partner in the public sector. My career began in Further Education and has since led me through the criminal justice system, healthcare, private industry, and even a chapter in international development across Central America.
Across every sector and setting, one thread has remained constant: my passion for development. I’m energised by helping adults gain the skills that open new doors, supporting organisations as they transform their cultures, and coaching leaders as they step confidently into new roles.
At my core, I’m driven by the belief that people and systems can grow, often in ways they never expected, and I’m committed to guiding that journey with simplicity, integrity, and quality.
